A dietary modification may or may not help in reducing ADHD issues.
Evidence provides only limited support.
So, what’s a parent to do?
o Consensus on a sensible approach
o Eat a diet that emphasizes fruits and vegetables, whole grains, good sources of protein.
o Go easy on unhealthy saturated fats, fast food ad rapidly digested carbohydrates.
o Include plenty of physical activity.
A healthy diet may reduce ADHD symptoms by less exposure to artificial colors and additives.
It will certainly improve overall health and nutrition.
